Operating Model - [ ] Who monitors agents in production? - [ ] Do we have an incident response plan for agent failure? - [ ] Are KPIs defined and tracked from day one?
Organization - [ ] Is the business owner of the project clearly defined? - [ ] Are legal and compliance teams involved from the start? - [ ] Do we have a plan for transitioning employees whose roles will change?
